We read email on weekdays and usually reply the same day. If you write to us on a Saturday, expect Monday.
Why there’s no phone number
There’s no phone number here on purpose. There are two of us, and half the time we’d be answering from a ladder or a car. Email gets you a considered answer instead of a distracted one.
